(The boys watching a movie at Grandma Dene's)
Well, it's been a crazy last couple of weeks as we have been "teenage" sitting for my parents. I won't waste your time going off again about how hard and tiring it is to stay over at their house and babysit four teenagers. Brigham said it all when on our way home today we had this conversation:
Brigham: Mom, where are we going?
Me: We're going home to our house.
Brigham: To my house?
Me: Yep to your house.
Brigham: Oh good, I like my house.
Me: I like our house too. Grandma Dene's house is bigger than our house though.
Brigham: No our house is bigger and stronger.
long pause
Brigham: Mom, I'm tired (this comment rarely comes from his mouth anymore, especially at 9am in the morning)
Me: Me too!

I do know what you mean! Adam and I "teensat" a couple weekends ago, and it is so much easier to just watch little kids, who will actually do what you say!
Out of the mouths of babes. Your little boys are too cute. I love that picture of them.
I feel your pain!
I just came across your blog. I had no idea you had one! Your boys are so cute! See you next Christmas!
Shannon! Just to let you know, this is one of the first times I am randomly commenting on a blog without being invited to check it out. Anyway, Lindsay commented on my blog, which led me to her blog, and when I saw a link to your blog I just couldn't resist but to check it out. You and your family are gorgeous! Seriously! Well...if you don't mind I'll have to check your blog for updates ok!
Shanz!! First, I want to say that Brigham is a very smart boy! What a great little story! Second, HI! How are you? I wanted to let you know that Mike and I have a blog now...it is www.bestisthewest.blogspot.com I sure miss you and hope all is well!
Talk to you soon!
"Little" Em (Although I am not so little anymore!)
